I'm not a fan of GLP-1. and the other thing it's a hormone and we don't wanna be messing with our hormones. Been there done that for 35 years. One hormone affects another hormone and then it depends on which pathway it goes down. I just think it's dangerous and like you said you can do it with food.
I just did a thing on weight and all the different probiotics, some burn fat, some help with the metabolism and their pre-probiotics. Now I know not all of them are created equally either and if there's anyway we can do anything we need to get it in our food.
And then good, clean water and movement exercise range of motion.
But very informative and appreciate all that you do. Glad the weather is better in North Carolina. I've been sitting out just a few hours a day here in Florida the last four days getting my tan. It's been gorgeous and the high 70s near 80 low humidity.

Yup, not a fan either of the GLP-1. You will be getting lots of business with gallbladder gastroparesis and pancreatic problems
