i'll make chicken salad with leftover chicken all the time. I also wrapped it in lettuce because I use very little bread.

Almost always use celery, sometimes I add pickles or raisins, and I had nuts.

I've known about carrageenan for a long time. I cannot believe that they put it in our food, but I've seen it many times- it's added in so many things. It can definitely contribute to cancer.

Anyway, chicken saladlooks delicious thanks, Karen.

I was on your live earlier. Said hello, but I don’t think you could see it. The funny thing is that I roasted some chicken breast chicken last night to make chicken salad and there you were this morning making chicken salad! 😘

Great video. I don't usually make chicken salad, but maybe now I will with some leftover rotisserie chicken this week. I loved your board with the ingredients; it's a fantastic idea.

Hey Tim, I am like you -- I usually make it for my husband. When I was making some for the hubby I gave it try and I thought wow! That is pretty good!

Thank you on the board-- feel free to use--- I wanted to really bring home the ingredients that do not need to be in our food. Thank you for watching and commenting
