I am interested in a low-carb program for post menopausal time. I use bioidentical hormones though estrogen weight gain seems to keep creeping up.

Ha I can’t remember asking this but it’s real! I’m super interested in the blood test but I’m struggling with the DNA diet because I don’t care for the protein suggestions. Honestly I loathe diets. I was on keto and I can’t do it again.

With that said, I downloaded a $5 ebook from red delta project on YouTube and I’m slowly gaining some muscle! I don’t do weights. I use suspension exercises but he slowly introduces them as practice so you don’t get hurt. I still managed to hurt my Achilles but I’m on the up and up and now doing rows, incline push ups, hip bridges, cat cows, and other “functional” exercises that help build muscle. Plus I’m walking and doing PT exercises to “load” my Achilles. I’m feeling so much better.

I’ll have to look into the diet thing soon. Too much going on for me to overhaul my diet.
