I couldn’t believe I found another Farmers Market that was a big score! Not only did we get the most amazing grass fed and finished, humane raised meat, pork and poultry, we also scored some lovely seafood (p.s., you can see the seafood guy is in the mirror above- too funny). It was a really small Farmers market, but I was happy it was inside because North Carolina has been cold in the mornings.
As I was finishing up my seafood purchases, right behind me was the most amazing display of colorful and fun jewelry. What caught my eye was the sign. This jewelry was made out of cherry pits, walnut and pistachio outer covers and other odds - and - ends. How brilliant! According to Annette Speaks, she travels no further than her own backyard for inspiration and materials. All of her jewelry is made from cherry seeds, pistachio nutshells, walnuts, acorns, and wood Crêpe myrtle tree buds. All of Annette’s jewelry are painted by hand with fun vibrant colours and unique characters. Her charming display of bracelets, necklaces and broaches just vibed fun instantly causing a wonderful smile of delight and adventure to anyone passing by.
I settled on a fun wraparound bracelet, after all, I am a big fan of bracelets. I was surprised by how light it was. I just love how fun this bracelet is. When it’s time for another farmers market run, I will be getting a matching bracelet. After all, my other wrist deserves a little fun dress up too!

Worthiness Meditation
There are different ways we can up our game when it comes to reaching our goals. The exercises I shared in the first week of January are quite helpful and what I used personally to become more conscious. The second article on autopilot is also super helpful because we need to become more aware in order to connect with what we want. We can also tap into our subconscious mind through mediation.
Mediation has been used since the beginning of time. The studies indicate incredible health benefits both physically and mentally including helping to reduce pain.
Mediation is not scary or devil worship as some I have tried to tell me. It is a method to focus your attention inward to induce a state of deep relaxation. I have yet to come across a Tibetan monk who was into devil worship. Mediation is throughout all walks of religion and is sometimes heightened with Frankensene and Myrr. We need meditation moreso today than at any other time in history. We just do not relax enough. One of the things I used to tell my students while teaching at a health and education retreat in Mexico is that, in order to get what you want, you need to tap in and let the Universe know what you want. We need to come from a place of confidence in order to let the Universe know what we want.
Mediation is a wonderful way to take a moment, in this case 7 minutes to de-stress, relax, and connect our subconscious mind. Sometimes, however, we need to strengthen our consciousness by letting go of preconceived perceptions, from old wounds that we are still playing out in our mind’s eye.
