it's called bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. I've been on it for a few decades.

That is one way indeed. It also leaves out the toxins, filers and preservatives that are unnecessary.

I tried the over-the-counter ones back when I was 30 and the research was showing any female age 30 or progesterone starts dropping well that is not true. I bought over-the-counter creams of progesterone. What I didn't realize was even though those symptoms were aligned with lower progesterone levels that wasn't the issue. Other hormones were also out of whack. Usually when one goes, the others try to compensate and the other thing is someone may be getting enough estrogen or any hormone, and it decides to go down the wrong pathway. There are ways to find that out. I work with a compounding pharmacist that's an expert and hormone replacement therapy and have worked with her for a long time.

I believe that Kathleen is part of the problem. Some professionals were just giving synthetic estrogen and not testing all the hormones. You are so right, hormones are a harmony, if one is off key—the rest are too! Great insight and thank you—

oh absolutely well like I said, I've lived it and I've helped a lot of women not in the way that you do in a different way. The first thing I tell them is get your hormones checked! it affects so many things emotionally psychologically physically and you know they're being told. Oh it's all in your head. What part of it is in your head there's hormones that are released there as well. Thank you for all you do helping women. I know they really appreciate it.

I’m glad you are helping women to rock their second half of life Kathleen.

And I can not tell you how many times those words have been said to me. “It’s all in your head”

i'll bet more than you can count. And some of it is in our head, but in a "hormonal" sense
