Chuck Roast and green beans

I had in mind to make this really cool salad however, life had a different plan for me. We have been held up in a hotel for the last couple of weeks as our January date for our coach to be fixed is finally here (yes, it’s April). I did not want to disappoint anyone and not provide what I have promised.
This month, I am showing you that despite circumstances, anyone can have an easy to do home cooked meal with little equipment. I used parchment paper, tinfoil, and a little olive oil. I used my HotLogic for this one. I had to. I had nothing but a coffee maker and refrigerator in my hotel room. But I did it and it was such a treat to have this meal. Restaurant food just does not agree with me especially eating it every day for 2 weeks. I was happy there was enough left over for my plane ride to Phoenix. It was nice to have this for the trip paired with a salad.
