"The chasing is over" as the phrase for 2026 wellness feels right. Less longevity theater, more actually living well. The shift from chasing longer lifespans to focusing on better lifespans is the maturation this space needed.

Karen, you're right the time is now and everything has shifted to what it was in the past- a millennia ago. A wonderful thing is we now have technology to help us shout it to the world. I think it's one of the best videos I've ever seen! I've watches a lot of videos on YouTube etc and I used to be on YouTube years ago and back at it again. you keep doing that and people are gonna start asking for your autographs! 💯 I'm sure the book will also be fantastic and people will learn a lot.
